Sour Cream Banana Bread

Ingredients

.25 c. white sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon

.75 c. butter
3 c. white sugar
3 eggs
6 very ripe bananas mashed
1- 16 oz. of sour cream (in Oz—1- 500 mL of LIGHT)
3 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. cinnamon
.5 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
4.5 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. walnuts/pecan/chocolate chips (optional)

Method

1.Preheat oven to 300/150
2.Grease 4, maybe 5, loaf pans
3.In small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon
4.Dust the pans with the sugar/cinnamon combination.
5.In large bowl cream together butter and sugar
6.Mix in eggs, bananas and sour cream
7.Add in vanilla, and cinnamon
8.Mix in salt, baking soda and flour.
9.Add in nuts or chocolate chips
10.Divide into prepared pans
11.Bake for 1 hours, or until a toothpick comes out lean when placed into the centre.
