Mix wet ingredients in one bowl and the dry one in another, then combine together. Chill (overnight works best).
Roll into little balls, no thicker than 1'' thick. Dip tops into sugar than place on greased cookie sheet. Squish them slightly.
Bake on 350 until they BARELY start turning brown then take them out. They cook really fast and harden up after you take them out so stop baking even if you think its too early and they are under cooked.
