•115 g plain chocolate, broken into pieces
•70 g butter, plus extra for greasing
•200 g white mini marshmallow
•115 g Blanched almonds, roughly chopped
1.Grease an 20 cm shallow square tin and then put it aside, first start to melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, put the marshmallows, butter, water, in a large heavy based saucepan and the heat gently, stirring frequently, until completely melted.
2.Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the melted chocolate into the mixture of marshmallows then start to add the chopped almonds and stir until well mixed together.
3.Pour the mixture into the prepared tin and leave to cool for about 1-2 hours until set then cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
4.To serve, place each piece of the fudge in small paper sweet case.
