Vegan Ranch Dip

Ingredients

2/3 cup soy creamer
1 tbs lemon juice
1.5 cup non-dairy, eggless mayonnaise
2 tablespoons minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 scallion, thinly sliced
1 tbs white wine vinegar
salt n pepper

Method

Add the lemon juice to the creamer and let it sit while you prepare the rest of the dip (at least 10 minutes). Whisk all the ingredients together.
