Pub Dip

A rich, thick cheesy chip dip that goes great with beer. Best served cold.

Ingredients

250 g cream cheese
250 g macleans imperial cheddar cheese (red container)
1/4 cup beer
1 tsp worcestershire sauce (substitute: soy sauce)
1 tsp horseradish
2 cloves minced garlic
tabasco sauce and/or cayenne pepper to taste

Method

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor.

2. Blend until ingredients mix and mixture smooths.

3. Put in a sealed container.

4. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

5. Serve cold.
