Rice Krispie Pie

Ingredients

4 tbsp LIGHT peanut butter
1 tbsp honey
1 1/2 cup Rice Krispies
Fat-free chocolate pudding (1 package, prepared as directed with skim milk)

Method

1. Make the fat free chocolate pudding as per instructions (with skim milk). Refridgerate.
2. Microwave peanut butter and honey for 20 seconds on high.
3. Stir in Rice Krispies.
4. Press into 9" round pie plate.
5. Refridgerate Rice Krispie crust for 5 minutes.
6. Spread pudding on top of crust.
7. Refridgerate 5-10 minutes.

1/4 pie = 1 serving

W.W. Points: 3.25 points for 1/4 of the pie. 13 points for the entire pie.
