En god glace till grillat kött eller fågel som penslas på medan köttet grillas. Köttet får en fin mörk grillfärg med god smak.

Serves: 5 Cooking time:

Ingredients

1 dl soja, 1 dl sweet chili, 1 dl ketchup, 2 msk sriratcha hot chilisauce

Method

Blanda ihop och låt stå 10 minuter. Tillsätt ev en vitlöksklyfta för mer sting.
