1 ¾ cups finely crushed graham crackers
¼ cup white sugar
½ cup butter or margarine, melted
Mix ingredients together and pat into a spring-form pan.
Bake at 325F for ten minutes.
32oz (four bricks) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp vanilla
Your choice: 1 can cherry pie filling, ice cream topping (caramel is best) or anything else you like on your cheese cake.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and flour mixing at medium speed until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crust.
Bake at 450F for ten minutes. Reduce temperature to 350F and bake for an additional hour. Loosed cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of pan. Chill until ready to serve.
