French potato chicken salad

this is what I made for Laura's BBQ, except I left out the chicken. with the chicken, though, it makes a nice supper. Also the left overs re heat well. It's from Time Life's "Easy Meals in Minutes" book, so I don't get snagged for plagiarism :)

Ingredients

1 pound boiling potatoes, unpeeled
1/2 pound green beans (fresh) also peas works
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp white wine or cider vinegar
1 tbsp dijon mustard
3/4 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp dried dill ( or 2tbsp fresh)
salt
pepper

Method

-cut and boil potatos untill tender but not mushy
-meanwhile, cut beans and add to potatoes, cook untill tender
-meanwhile, cut chicken, cook thouroughtly
-in small bowl combine oil, vinegar, mustard, worcestershire, dill, salt and pepper
-place potatoes, beans and chicken in bowl and cover in sauce, is good warm or at room temp
VEGETARIAN OPTION: leave out the chicken
