Tangy Tuna Mac

Tuna pasta casserole

Ingredients

1 c. dry elbow macaroni
1 7oz can tuna - drained
1c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1/4 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 small onion - minced
salt & pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp butter

Method

Preheat over to 350F

Cook macaroni.
Mix in tuna, tomato sauce, cottage cheese, yogurt, onion and salt & pepper.
Pour the whole mess into a greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top and drizzle or dab butter on top.

Bake for 30 mins.
