Mom's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

2 c. beef bullion
2 tbs. corn starch
Beef (as much as desired)
Onion
2 tbs. tomato sauce
1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
Egg noodles or rice

Method

- Cook mushrooms, onion, and beef
- Dissolve cornstarch in beef bullion in med sauce pan
- Turn heat to medium
- Add tomato and Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- When sauce thickens, add precooked onion, mushrooms and beef
- Add 1/2 c. sour cream, stir until blended
- Serve on top of egg noodles or rice
