Spinach & Artichoke Dip

I was looking for a dip similar to Friday's dip, most of my friends say it's better!

Ingredients

1 8 oz. pack cream cheese
1 small can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
1 cup frozen chopped spinach (THAWED) or fresh steamed spinach
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
1/4 cup grated romano cheese
1 clove garlic, finely minced
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Method

Bring cream cheese to room tempature for easy mixing and thaw spinach and squeeze dry

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Butter bottom and sides of a 3 quart glass baking dish

Mix thawed spinach, cream cheese, mayo, garlic, parmesean cheese, romano cheese, basil and artichokes until thoroughly mixed.

put mixture into baking dish and cover with mozzarella cheese.

Bake in oven for 25 minutes

for parties of more than 5 or 6 people, double the recipe, it goes fast!!!
