Praline Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients

already made pie shell
Praline Ice Cream is the best but you can use regular vanilla
shopped pecans
caramel and at least one ziplock bag if you want the top to look nice

Method

1. put a layer of caramel on the bottom and side of the pie crust, the sprinkle on some of the chopped pecabs
2. add ice cream. i use my fingers(clean of course!) to even it out so its not lumpy
3.you can add some of the pecans now if you like
4. put the caramel in the ziplock bag and cut a small hole in the corner. drizzle the caramel on top of the ice cream, however much you want :)
5. add some more pecans
6. pop into the freezer and let it harden

last time i made this the ice cream melted(place i was going didnt have a freezer.....arg) and so the caramel on top got mixed in with the ice cream. when it finally refroze I actually liked the taste better than when the ice cream didnt melt. i know it doesnt make the most sense to watch wonderful ice cream melt, but its your chose, and remember to put it back in the freezer after it melts :)
