Berry Simple Smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup frozen unsweetened whole strawberries
1/2 cup plain (or vanilla) yogurt
1/4 cup light cranberry juice
1/8 cup sugar or no calorie sweetener, granular

Method

Combine frozen strawberries, yogurt, cranberry juice and sugar in a blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
