Ingredients

Meat:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne
1.5 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 c bread or cracker crumbs

Sauce:
1/4 c cold carnation milk (put in freezer for 1/2 hr.)
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Method

To prepare meat, mix with fingers and knead into ball. Press very firmly and bake in a shallow pan at 300 degrees for 2.5 hours.

For sauce, add sugar, vinegar and garlic salt to milk. Whip until thick (2 min). Keep in refrigerator.

Serve with choice of veggies on pita bread.
