Ingredients

1 peach (or nectarine)
1 apple
1 orange
1 cup of liquor
(ideally brandy, whiskey or cointreau...
I use Grand Marnier)
A bottle of cheap red wine
(preferrably the cheapest Rioja you can find...
Cheap cuz you're just putting stuff in it)
1/2 litre of 7up, Sprite or other sparkling lemon drink
(Ginger Ale or Tonic will also do in a pinch)
Sugar, to taste (1/4 to 1/2 cup usually)
Cinnamon (optional)
Ice

Method

1. Cut up the fruit into desired shapes sizes. (I like smaller bits for the apple & peach because they absorb the liquor better, and slices 1/2'd for the orange so they don't crowd the cup.)
2. Combine fruit and liquor in a bowl or pitcher, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (ideally overnight).
3. Mix in Wine and soda.
4. Add sugar, and cinnamon to taste.
5. Add in ice to re-chill, and serve.
