Creme Brulee

Serves: 6

Ingredients

5 lg. Egg Yolks
2 cups cream (whipping)
1/3 cup sugar

Method

Bring cream just to a boil. Stir in sugar until dissolved. Remove from heat. Meanwhile, beat egg yolks. Slowly add hot cream (careful to not heat yolks too quick). Strain if needed. Pour into 6 oven proof dished. Place dishes in pan with 1" water up sides of dishes. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes. Before serving, cover with layer of white sugar & caramalize.
