Saute' the onion and celery in the butter. Prepare the brocolli and rice according to package directions. Stir the saute into the cooked brocolli. Mix the soup with the milk. Layer rice, brocolli mixture, chicken, soup mixture, then cheese. Salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
*as an alternative to the soup mixture...you can bake the chicken with lemon pepper and salt. Then make gravy with the drippings and thin it down a little. Use about 1 1/2 cups of this in place of the soup mixture. Real nice flavor.
