Carribean 5 Bean Salad

Serves: 6 to 8

Ingredients

1 can - Red beans
1 can - Pigeon peas
1 can - Black beans
1 can - White beans
1 can - Pinto beans
3/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon garlic powder
Handfull of chopped cilantrillo leaves
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup fresh orange juice
About 20 tangerine sections

Method

Rinse and mix together the beans. Mix all other

ingredients with a wisk (not the tangerines).
Pour over the beans and garnish with the tangerines.
Put into the fridge until ready to eat
