Corn Chowder Soup

Ingredients

1/2 lb bacon, diced
1 med onion, chopped
1 can Cream Corn
1 1/2 cups diced raw potato
1 can Cr of Mushroon Soup
3 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Method

Put bacon and onion into a large pot. Saute together until onion is limp. Add next 6 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until potato is cooked. Stir occasionallly.

I also add 1 cup of diced cooked ham.

For a 5 litre crockpot triple everything except for the cream corn. Add only 8 cups of milk instead of 9.
