Chicken Dijon

4 pieces of chicken
1/2 C. Miracle Whip
3 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 large Egg, eaten
1 1/2 C. bread crumbs
1/2 C. Pecan, finely chopped


Remove skin form chicken, rinse and pat dry. Combine Miracle Whip, mustard and egg, mix well. Combine crumbs and pecans. Place in well greased pan, Bake 375 for 45 minutes or until tende. Place chickn on serving platter and garnish with red peeper curl and parsley if desired
