potsticker soup

Ingredients

12 frozen potstickers
1 large onion
2 carrots
handful of small mushrooms?
1/4t each, ginger, chile pepper, curry powder
can beef broth

Method

1) Optionally, nuke pot stickers to thaw them a little & meanwhile shard carrots
2) In olive oil and butter, sautee carrots & pot stickers, shard onions
3) add onions & spices. (& mushrooms if you're using those)
4) Add beef broth & bring to boil, then 1 minute & serve

Might be good with coconut milk, cilantro and lime, too!

(vegetarian possibly, depending on the broth and choice of potstickers.)
