Chicken Piccata

This lemony chicken is a class Italian dish.

Ingredients

2-3 Chicken Breasts
Salt/Pepper to Taste
Flour
Olive Oil/Butter Combo
Lemon Juice 1/3 cup
Capers ¼ cup
1 Cup Chicken Stock
2 tablespoons of garlic

Method

Combine olive oil and 2 tbsp of butter in pan. Salt/Pepper the chicken to taste. Dredge the chicken in flour and sauté. Remove chicken. Add stock, lemon juice, garlic and capers to pan, mix. Re-add chicken to the pan and cook until sauce is thickened.
