Crunchy, tangy, and healthy!

Ingredients

Crust

2 c flour
1 tsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c plain yogurt
1/2 c milk

Spread

1 8oz pkg plain cream cheese, softened
1 c mayo
1/2 pkg Uncle Dan's Dill Dip Mix

Topping

2 c chopped veggies, raw(carrot, radish, celery, mushroom, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, etc)
1 c shredded chedder cheese

Method

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda like pie crust. Add milk and yogurt. If too wet, add more flour. Knead about 5 minutes. Spread on cookie sheet and let rest for 10 minutes. Bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. When cool, mix all spread ingrediants, and spread on crust. Sprinkle on veggies and cheese. Enjoy.
