Berry Champagne

Just a quick splash for a warm afternoon!

Ingredients

-champagne
-Cran-Raspberry fruit juice
-frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries...)
-fresh basil (finely chopped)

Method

-Drop 4-5 frozen berries in your choice of champagne glass (I think it's called a flute?)
-Fill the glass 2/3 with champagne
-Add a splash of cran-raspberry juice (more if you like a less alcoholic percentage)
-float a few chopped pieces of basil on the top to garnish

Serve and repeat until you're out of champagne!
