Bacon and Corn Chowder

Very simple way of making the soup, my kids love it!

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

Old Fashioned Bacon and Corn Chowder
6 slices of bacon cut into chunks
1 mdm onion thinly sliced or chopped ( whatever u prefer)
4 cups potatoes cut into chunks
2 cups boiling water
1lb can cream of style corn(454g)
1qt milk
s and p to taste
dash of worcestershire sauce(if desired)

Method

Cook bacon till crisp and golden, do not drain fat and use to cook onions as well, stir frequently. Add boiling water and potatoes and cook ten mins, add corn and milk. Bring soup to boil about 5 mins, add last ingredients. Boil a few mins longer
