Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

200g (1 Cup) ripple potato chips
300g (1½ Cup) chocolate chips
300g (1½ Cup) butterscotch chips
2 Cup peanut butter

Method

1. Crush potato chips
2. Melt together chocolate & butterscotch chips in microwave 2-3 minutes *stir after 2 minutes
3. Add peanut butter and potato chips to melted chocolate
4. Fill small baking cups & place on cookie sheet
5. Freeze in small baking cups

Once frozen can be kept in fridge
