Heat oven to 450*
Sift together dry ingredients into a bowl
Use a fork to mix in Milk, about 30 strokes
(don't over mix)
Dump out onto a well floured board and Kneed about 10 times...
Gently roll out to a 12"x8" and about 1/2" thick.
Use a pizza cutter and cut about 16 strips
roll the strips in the melted butter in the pan.
line them up and bake for 15ish min. until they start to turn slightly brown...
