Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole- Reduced Fat Version

Cheesy Hash Brown Potato Casserole! A Tasty dish that is popular with kids and adults! Leftovers are also great!

Ingredients

1- Bag of thawed Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
1- Can Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1- Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-Cup Lowfat Sour Cream
3-Cups Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded
1- Large Onion Finely Chopped
1/2- Stick of Lowfat Butter

Method

Preheat Oven to 325. Put Lowfat Butter/Margarine in baking dish in the oven to melt. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash brown potatoes (you can also crumble tater tots, if you don't have shredded hash browns), chopped onions, sour cream, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt and pepper (take it easy on the salt and pepper, you can season each serving to taste). Place mixture in baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
