6C. Combination of Spinach and Lettuce chopped
2C. chopped Tomatoes (love to use Heirloom)
2C. sliced Mushrooms
1 10ish oz. Pkg. Frozen Peas, Thawed and Drained
8ish oz. Cheddar Cheese cut into 1/2 cubes
1C. Red Onion sliced
12 strips Apple Wood Smoked Bacon crumbled for top
1 lemon zested and juiced
pinch of Cayenne Pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Layer in the bowl..........
Mix the mayo lemon juice, zest, pinch of Cayenne Pepper and S/P... Spread the dressing on top of the onions.
Garnish with the crumbled Bacon...
Refrigerate for a few hours or over night, as the flavors really develop....
