Inside out fried cheese sandwiches

Submitted by: Tony Pearse
A delicious fried cheese sandwich with a brown coating on either side, tastes a whole lot better than it sounds!

Ingredients

Bread, butter, cheese (cheddar), salt, pepper

Method

Butter the bread on one side, fire up a frying pan on medium heat while you are doing this. Don't put anything in the pan, ie: oil
Ok the butter on the bread goes on the OUTSIDE of the sandwich, cheese on the inside. When the pan is warm enough, put in the sandwich carefully and keep moving it around so the butter does not stick. I is probably a good idea to use your fingers when putting the sandwich in the pan as all the butter comes off onto the spatula. Keep flipping it over until the cheese starts melting out and the slices are dark golden brown. Sprinkle a little salt and enjoy.

Thanks to my Mum for this one x
