Rhubarb Blueberry Pie

Ingredients

FILLING : 2 cups fresh blueberries or 4 cups frozen
4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
1 cup white sugar
3 tbsp flour
healthy pinch of cinnamon
3/4 lemon zest

PIE CRUST :
follow the reipie on your box of butter flavored crisco

Method

PIE CRUST - follow the recipie on the crisco box for a deep dish pie.

FILLING - the filling is more than nessisary as the fresh fruit will cook down
the more filling the better , nothing worse than a wussy pie
