Whole Wheat Oatmeal Bread

Best light wheat bread ever!

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water (70-80 degrees)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons butter (softened)
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 3/4 cups bread flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Method

Place honey, water and yeast in bread maker and let sit for 5 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients. Set bread maker to dough cycle only. After cycle completes take bread out of breadmaker. Knead on floured bread board for a couple minutes. Dough will be very soft. Shape into load. Grease bread pan and put load in and raise for about 1 hour. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool.
