Apple and Rasin Pork Chops

Ingredients

5 thinly sliced pork chops
Juice from one lemon
3 gala apples
1/2 c raisins
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

Peel core and slice the apples.

Combine the lemon juice, apples, raisins and brown sugar and let marinate for a few minutes.

Salt and pepper the pork shops and grill until cooked completely.

Melt the butter and saute the apple mixture until apples are soft.

Spoon the apple mixture onto the pork chops.
