Asparagus bunch - thin stalks preferred.
Cream cheese - low or no fat works because it ends up tasting like prosciutto.
Prosciutto - I get a package from Costo, usually takes about half for one asparagus bunch.
Preheat oven to 415
Snap bottoms off of asparagus
Grease cookie sheet, or use non-stick foil.
Tear prosciutto in half.
Slather small amount of cream cheese onto prosciutto.
Wrap prosciutto around asparagus stalk.
Put asparagus on cookie sheet.
Repeat until you're out of asparagus or room.
Put in oven for 12 minutes.
