Whole Wheat Linguine with Broccoli

This tastes way better than you'd guess. Good by itself or with fish or chicken breasts.

Ingredients

1/2 lb whole wheat linguine or thin spaghetti
1/8 cup olive oil
1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into small florets
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 tablespoon tamari or oy sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
juice of one lemon
sea salt and fresh ground pepper

Method

Cook linguine in large pot of boiling salted water for 9 mins until cooked al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Heat olive oil in wok over medium heat and saute broccoli for 5 mins. Add garlic and red chili flakes. Saute for 1 min longer. Add the cooked pasta to the broccoli. Add tamari, parmesan, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
