Potato Casserole

Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed ( I use the cheap O'Dells brand!)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can cream of Chicken soup
1/2 cup choppen onion
1 pint sour cream
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Method

Preheat oven to 350F.

Mix all ingredients together (except the topping), place in a 3-quart casserole or 9x13 pan.

Mix the cornflakes and butter together and spread on top of potato mixture.

Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes.
