Vegetable Calzones

Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 cup zucchini, diced
1 cup yellow squash, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
3 garlic cloves
1 cup green pepper, diced
4 oz. fetacheese
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp basil

Method

Cup up veggies and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until tender.Combinewith feta cheese, black pepper and basil.

Cut bread dough into 8 pieces, roll out dough into a circle place filling in center and fold over and seal. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until tops are light brown.
