French Toast

Easy to make ahead french toast recipe.

Ingredients

1 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 milk
1 loaf French Bread - slice (you will not use whole loaf)

Method

Melt Butter in baking dish.
Sprinkle brown sugar over melted butter
Sprinke cinnamon over the brown sugar.
Beat eggs and add milk. Dip cut bread into egg mixture.
Place bread over butter/sugar in the baking dish.
Place enough slices to cover bottom of dish...do not crowd.
Cover with foil and place in fridge overnight.
In the morning, turn each piece and Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Serve on a large platter. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with strawberries. Yummy and easy.
