1 (2 lb.) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 (8 oz.) package sliced ham, chopped (leftover ham's great!)
2 (10.75 oz) cans cream of potato soup
1 (16 oz) container sour cream
2 C shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 C grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease 9x13" baking pan.
In large mixing bowl, combine potatoes, ham, potato soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese. Spread in pan and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in preheated oven until sauce is browned and top is browned, ~60min. Serve immediately.
