Bertha's Amazing Chocolat Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats Ground
\2 cups All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
1 cup Shredded Coconut

Method

Preheat Oven to 375
1 cup Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
-------------------------------- Cream butter and suggar, blend in eggs and vanilla
2 1/2 cups Rolled Oats Ground
-------------------------------- Using a food processor or grinder finely grind the oats
2 cups All-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
------------------------------- Combine four, powder, soda and salt in a bowl, then add to creamed mixture gradually.

2 cups Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 cups Dried Cranberries
1 cup Shredded Coconut
-------------------------------------------- Stir in chips, cranberries and coconut

Drop by heaping teaspoon fulls onto greased baking sheet.

Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes
Should be light in colour - do NOT overbake

Recipie can be doubled.
