flying van make you feel sluggish, tired and dehydrated. this is a vitamin rich digestive tonic. to be consumed before and after flying.

Serves: 1

4 sticks of celery
2 carrots
1/4 beetroot
1/4 cucmber
1/2 fennel
1 inchof ginger
1 clove of garlic


place all ingredients into a blender. You don't need to peel them but give them a good wash to remove any pesticides.
blend and drink.
