Four Bean Salad

Bean Salad. A family favourite. Gets even better in a day or two

Ingredients

½ cup salad oil
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 can sliced green beans
1 can sliced yellow beans
1 can lima beans
1 can red kidney beans

Method

Bean Salad
½ cup salad oil
¼ cup vinegar
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp dry mustard
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp pepper
Mix together in a 12 cup bowl with sealable lid
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
Add to bowl
1 can sliced green beans
1 can sliced yellow beans
1 can lima beans
1 can red kidney beans
Refridgerate for 24 hours
Turn container over for even marinating
