Rhubarb Crumble

This is a super easy recipe. Great for all that rhubarb in the garden!

Ingredients

4 cups of rhubarb - chopped
1 cup sugar
1 - 3 oz pkg of strawberry jello mix
1- yellow cake mix
1 cup water
1 stick butter, melted

Method

Preheat oven to 350. Put the chopped rhubarb on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle the cup of sugar over the rhubarb. Sprinkle the jello mix over the sugar. Mix the cake mix with the water - layer this over the jello mix. Drizzle the melted butter over all of this. Bake approx 1 hour or til the top turns golden brown. Good w/ice cream or cool whip.
