Sweet Chilli

This is the sweet variant of my Chilli, with pineapple chunks ;)

Ingredients

800g Beef Mince
1 Red Onion (Chopped)
1 Scotch Bonnet Chilli (Chopped)
5 Birds-eye Chillies (Chopped)
1 Cherry Bomb Chilli (Chopped)
4 Cloves of Garlic (Crushed)
2 Large Flat Mushrooms (Chopped)
2 Tins Heinz Mean Beanz (Sweet Chilli)
1/2 Jar Levi Roots Fiery Guava Sauce
1 Tin Pineapple Chunks (in own juice)
2 Handfulls Mature Cheddar (Grated)

Method

* Dry fry mince in a large pan, til browned
* Add Chillies and Garlic and fry in beef juices
* Add Onion and Mushrooms, cook until mushrooms change colour
* Add Beanz, & Fiery Guava Sauce
* Add Pineapple Chunks & 1/2 the juice
* Reduce for at least 10mins
* Stir in Cheese and simmer for 5mins

The longer you cook this for, the better it will taste and like Stew, Soup or Scouse tastes much better (and gets hotter) after being left overnight to steep
