Chinese Salad

Always a favorite -- Sandra loves this salad!

Serves: Lots! 8-10
Difficulty: Easy - for beginners

Ingredients

2 pkgs of Ramen Noodles
8 oz. Slivered Almonds
8 oz. Sesame seeds
some oil (very little - best to use cold pressed oi)
Ramen Noodles (discard season packet), sesame seeds, almonds in oil. Set aside.
1 Head Napa or Savory Cabbage
1 Bunch Green Onions (scallions)
Chop cabbage and onions let sit overnight together

Dressing:
1 Cup cold pressed safflower oil
1 cup sugar or 1/2 cup fructose or 3/4 cup Honey or 1/10 cup Stevia (use whichever sweetener you prefer)
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce or Tamari
1/2 Cup Vinegar
Blend dressing ingredients - can be stored ahead

Toss all above 20 minutes before serving and ENJOY!
