Ingredients

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 cup rum
1 cup Brown sugar
6 fresh pitted and halved peaches...not to ripe
1/4 tsp Cinamon
12 tsp Mascarpone cheese
1/4 pint blueberries

Method

2 hours before grilling, place halved pitted peaches in a large ziplock bag with the rum , cinamon and vinegar

just before placing the peaches on the grill, roll each peach half in brown sugar and pack a little on the cut side

place peach halves cut side up over medeum heat for 6-12 minutes...sugar should be melted..peaches cooked, but not falling apart...about 1 minute after placing peaches on the grill...place a dab of Kemehamehamash on each half... you may pour a bit of rum over the peaches when they are on the grill for a flambe' affect - BE CAREFULL

use tongs and spatula to plate cooked peaches

just before serving put a tab of marscapone cheese where the pits used to be

garnish with a few blueberries planted onto each dab of cheese
serve imediately...the cheese breaks down and looks gross after a short time
