Combine sugar, milk, cocoa, cinnamon, and butter, stir regularly. When this begins a rolling boil, stir constantly while boiling for 2 minutes. Remove from heat immediately. Add peanut butter, vanilla, coconut flake, stir quickly a couple times, and add 3 cups of oatmeal. Combine. Add additional oatmeal until it is able to hold to the shape of a spoon. Spoon on to a sheet of wax paper. Ideal cookie size would be made from a heaping soup spoon.
Note: You may add more cocoa, coconut, cinnamon, or peanut butter if you're a fan. More or less oatmeal will be required dependant on local humidity.
