12 pieces boneless pork chops, sliced about 1/2" thick
12 slices good bacon
2 generous dollops Dr. GONZO's Kamehameha Mash
1 modest dollop (can a dollop be modest?) Dr. GONZO's Industrial Strength Supermash
1/2 dollop Dr. GONZO's Garlic Mash
juice of 1 lime
several TBSP chopped cilantro
tequila, ad libitum
Marinade chops 2-24 hours, recommend at least 12 hours for flavors to mellow and best tenderizing effect.
Wrap each chop in a slice of good bacon and skewer.
Coat liberally and enthusiastically with Dr. GONZO's One Hump Dry Rub.
Grill over indirect heat until the bacon is crisp.
