Sticky Grilled Meatballs

A very easy and quick grill recipe, goes well with rice. (Inspired y a recipe on Kraft.com)

Ingredients

24 frozen fully cooked 1-inch meatballs (Turkey are good)
1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1 green pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
1/4 cup apricot jam (Not Jelly)
1/4 cup mild BBQ Sauce

Method

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

Thread meatballs and peppers alternately onto skewers.
Microwave jam in a smallbowl on HIGH 15-25 seconds
Stir in barbecue sauce

Brush half onto kabobs

Grill 4-5 minutes, then brush on half of the remaining sauce
Turn over and grill 3 more minutes, brush on the remaining sauce
Grill 2-3 more minutes
Remove from grill and serve

Notes: You can halves the amount of meatballs if you like, no need to adjust the other ingredients however, just will have more flavor. 12 meatballs is enough for 3 people.
